This email will contain a link to your exclusive and highly detailed questionnaire. Take your time filling this out. The more detail and information you can provide me with the better able I am to create the Perfect Program for you. As you’ll see this is an extensive questionnaire, I go into a lot of detail and take in to account every possibility when doing a planning session and by filling this questionnaire out beforehand it means that our entire hour can be devoted to answering your questions and providing you the direction and advice you need.
